Export Everything
Jessie JonesLast Updated: August 29, 2011Today we’re releasing two new features that make it easier for you to take your data with you wherever you go!
Export Lists
The first is a way to download any list as a file that you can save, print, email, or share. Just open the action menu of any task list and select “Export Tasks…”:
You decide what type of file you want: PDF, CSV, HTML or XML. The formats become more detailed from left to right; the HTML and XML formats even include the activities and comments with each task!
Export Everything
The second feature lets you export your entire account. We take the responsibility of storing your data seriously, but we think you should be able to keep your own backup, too, so we made that possible:
Once you request an export in your preferences, Flow will generate your XML file and email you when it’s ready. After you download the file, you can open it in your browser to see everything at once:
We’re really pleased with these additions and we hope you are, too.
