About Flow

Try us free for 30 days! If you enjoy your Flow trial, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue for as long as you choose to remain a member. Cancel anytime before your trial ends and you won’t be charged. There’s no complicated contract, no cancellation fees, and no commitment. Cancel online anytime, 24 hours a day.

Absolutely. We won’t make you jump through any hoops. Any administrator on your account can always log into Flow and cancel your subscription in a few clicks. If you cancel, you’ll have access to Flow through the remainder of your billing period and your subscription will lapse once that billing period is over. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds.

Security & Service

We do offer guest accounts. However, guests are still considered a user under the organization, but must be invited to projects and channels manually.

Organization guests have access to any project within the team they were invited to (except private projects). This role is typically suited to a contractor or contributor outside the organization but who needs access to multiple projects within a team.

A project guest can only view the specific project they were invited to. Most useful for clients when you only want to share a single project specific to that client- allowing you to share project progress with them without letting them see anything outside of that project.

When adding a new team member : We’ll make a one-time, prorated charge to your credit card to cover your new team member’s account for the remainder of the current billing period. Your new teammate will have access to Flow immediately.

When removing a team member : We’ll remove that team member’s account from your next invoice and they’ll have access to Flow for the remainder of your current billing period.

Pricing & Payment

At this time, we only accept payment in US Dollars ($). But with customers in more than 140 countries around the world, we’re working hard to accept payments in more currencies.

With monthly billing, you must pre-pay for the next month by credit card.

With annual billing, you can always pay for the next year by credit card. We’re also happy to help annual customers pay quarterly or every six months rather than yearly. If you’re an annual billing customer and you’d like to change your payment frequency just write us at help@getflow.com.

With our enterprise plan you can pay quarterly, every six months, or yearly via credit card, ACH, or wire transfer.

Flow wants to support people in the world who are doing good things. That’s why we offer special discount pricing for qualified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions across all of our team plans. To take advantage of those discounts, simply sign up for Flow and then reach out to our team. We’ll quickly verify your status and get your lifetime discount for 50% off added to your account.

We work hard to make sure you never want to ask for a refund. To help with that, we let you try everything Flow has to offer, free for 30 days, before subscribing. That’s unlimited tasks, projects, teammates, guests, and integrations — unlimited everything — completely free for 30 days. If you need more time to try Flow, just let us know and we’ll happily extend your trial.

After that period, we expect that you’ve tried Flow and agree that it’s a fit. If it’s ever not, you can easily cancel your account online in just a few clicks. There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account anytime. After cancelling you can always rejoin by simply signing back in and restarting your subscription.

Because of this, we don’t offer refunds apart from a few exceptions listed on our refund policy page.
